ELECTRONIC JACQUARD

Fabric suitability: suitable for most jacquard-weaving applications such as trademarks, ties, terry cloths, Scarfs, decorative fabrics, curtain cloth, sofa cloth, bedclothes and clothing fabrics, etc.
Field of application: can be matched with kinds of Chinese or foreign rapier, water-jet, airjet and towel weaving machines.
Features: This series of jacquard adopts four eccentric wheels to realize steady transmission, which permits its less noise and longer lifetime. It realizes mechatronical weaving by inputting weaving CAD design patterns to control system via USB interface, which is characterized with quick pattern-shifting, high pattern-controlling precision, easy management and flexible application.

Features: This series of jacquard adopts high & low double shafts, easy to operate and maintain. It’s synchronized with the loom through the drive of high-quality cardan shaft and fully enclosed spiral bevel gear box, and featured with smooth transmission, less noise and longer lifetime. It realizes mechatronical weaving by inputting weaving CAD design patterns to LCD screen controller, which is characterized with quick pattern-shifting, high pattern-controlling precision, easy management and flexible application.

XHST

Field of application: can be matched with kinds of Chinese or foreign rapier looms and towel loom.
Features: digitized needle-selecting jacquard (electronic-cylinder jacquard) is a product existing between electronic jacquard and mechanical jacquard. On the basis of mechanical jacquard, we replace the original mechanical pattern-card needle-selecting system with our self-developed digitized needle-selecting technology, which meets the rapid renewal need of weaving patterns. Meanwhile, we develop a control system with ARM as the control-core and automatic recoil degaussing circuit to accelerate the running speed and reliability of jacquard. Digitized needle selecting jacquard is an economical product with high cost performance.

XHBT

Fabric suitability: suitable for various jacquard-weaving selvedge fabrics such as cotton, wool, silk, linen, etc.
Field of application: can be matched with sorts of Chinese or foreign rapier, projectile and air-jet weaving machines.
Usage: can be used to weave characters, selvedges, narrow trademarks and so on. A combination of several needle groups enables simultaneous weaving of two, three or four selvages, meeting different requirements of looms for selvedges.
